+ Well, the relatives have arrived for the weekend. My uncle drove my grandmother over from the middle of the state so she could be here for my graduation party, since I couldn't visit them over Memorial Day because of prom. idk what my grandpa's excuse for not coming was; he doesn't like driving or he's working or something haha. oh well. so yeah, I'll probably be occupied for the next couple of days with party preparations and so forth.
+ The TV was playing that live action
Inspector Gadget movie from 1999 or whatever so we decided to watch it. xD It made me miss the old cartoon. And then I realized that Rupert Everett played Dr. Claw and that made suffering through the movie all worth it.
From the Wiki article on Dr. Claw: "Dr. Claw's face was ultimately revealed in sources outside the cartoon series...which depicted him as resembling a deranged European nobleman." AHAHA BEST DESCRIPTION EVER.
+ Oh, so what's this about the
SciFi Channel now being called Syfy? That looks incredibly ridiculous. If you want to get rid of your "science fiction" image then change your name, not just the way it's spelled. :/
+ I finally listened to
Lady Gaga because I realized that I've heard her name everywhere but don't actually know what her music sounds like. I...I am so ashamed. And as incredibly stupid as "LoveGame" is I can't stop listening to it. MAKE IT STOP AAAAH.
+ ...Wow, my laptop is incredibly hot, especially the touchpad. D: That can't be good. Maybe I should...actually turn it off soon. guh.
+ finally starting to type up all that fic I owe. /fail
