+ Well, the relatives have arrived for the weekend. My uncle drove my grandmother over from the middle of the state so she could be here for my graduation party, since I couldn't visit them over Memorial Day because of prom. idk what my grandpa's excuse for not coming was; he doesn't like driving or he's working or something haha. oh well. so yeah, I'll probably be occupied for the next couple of days with party preparations and so forth.

+ The TV was playing that live action Inspector Gadget movie from 1999 or whatever so we decided to watch it. xD It made me miss the old cartoon. And then I realized that Rupert Everett played Dr. Claw and that made suffering through the movie all worth it.

I hope everyone who celebrated it had a good 4th of July. :D All we really did was have my grandmother over and barbecued stuff on the grill and incidentalmind came over too to eat our food and watch the 3rd Harry Potter movie. ♥

popping in from hiatus-land to share that my first AP test is over, yaaaay! European history. The multiple choice was as I expected, and one section of the essays was pure EVIL. But we got a wonderful DBQ omg I was really proud of mine sdljfksjdf. I'm expecting a 4, probably, but a 5 would totally be a wonderful, fabulous surprise. though I oughta get it, after studying after school two weeks straight and for six hours the night before rawr. Now begins the long, hard struggle towards the Latin exam. I've given up hope on that one and I haven't even started studying yet. JUST ONE MORE WEEK I CAN MAKE IT AAAH.

In other news, our last orchestra concert ever was last week. ;3; ( I'm so glad they tape these, I can laugh at them forever. )

well, looks like this hiatus is going to be 100 percent official now. with my orchestra concert, AP tests, finals, and other assorted school misery, it's probably a good thing that my laptop died. ( I'm already procrastinating now, imagine if I had my laptop )

I miss you guys a ton. ♥ I had like, a panic attack the first few days about trying to keep up with my f-list and stuff, but I've finally resigned myself to giving up hope. OH MY GOD I FINALLY CAUGHT UP WITH MY F-LIST. that took me what, two weeks. ugh. and I hardly managed to comment on anything. why am I such a failuuuuuure.

on that topic, the opening theme of the Kuroshitsuji anime feels like some sort of extremely strange BL thing. wtf self. but the animation is pretty and I can't even remember what happened in the manga so, so far, so good. watched about the first five episodes or so. the anime deviates from the manga at some point, apparently? or something. idk my sources are weird.

OH, HAS ANYONE WATCHED AND/OR READ PUMPKIN SCISSORS? Which one would you say is better, the manga or anime? I've read the first volume and I like it, but I don't know which would be more worth buying.

♥ I beat Sora's part of Re:CoM fuck yeah! the first Marluxia battle was a little iffy but I managed to kick everyone's asses by yes you guessed it spamming them to death with Sonic Blade. skjdfksj and holy crap that final battle against the Ansem knock-off spaceship sexy Marluxia spaceship! it kept taking my cards and spamming sleights and wtf!
